Ordering

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see past orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist.

Can I order on WhatsApp?

Yes. Fill your cart, choose Order on WhatsApp at checkout, and your cart is sent to us as a message. We confirm the total and delivery with you there.

Payment

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery anywhere in Lebanon, or Whish Money / OMT transfer before dispatch. Card payment is coming.

When do I pay for a transfer order?

After you place the order you receive the transfer details. We dispatch once the transfer is received, usually the same day.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

All of Lebanon. Fees depend on your region and are shown at checkout. Pickup from Achrafieh is free.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, with DHL. The cost shown is an estimate by weight; we confirm the exact amount before shipping.

Products

Where do your products come from?

Some are made in Lebanon, like our jams, flower waters and mouneh. Others come from trusted producers abroad and are sold under the Men Aradeena name. Each product carries a stamp: LOCAL · Lebanon or INTERNATIONAL with its country. The origin and the full ingredient list are on every product page.

How should I store mouneh?

Keep jars in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening unless the label says otherwise. Best-before dates are printed on every jar.

Something arrived broken. What now?

Send a photo to sales@menaradeena.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours and we replace it. See Returns & Exchange.
