1. Who we are

2. Orders

An order placed on the website, or sent to us on WhatsApp from your cart, is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the price shown was obviously wrong, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include all taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. You can pay cash on delivery, by Whish Money or OMT transfer before dispatch (we send the details with your order confirmation), or as agreed on WhatsApp.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the order is handed over at the delivery address.

6. Products

Some of our products, like our mouneh, are made by hand: colour, texture and taste may vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos. Allergen and ingredient information is on each product page; ask us if in doubt.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.

8. Member gifts and promotions

Samples, treats and coupon codes are offered at our discretion, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by Lebanese law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Lebanese law. Disputes go to the courts of Beirut.
